Prosciuttificio Prolongo will be at Aria di Festa, which this year has become… Aria di Friuli Venezia Giulia! No longer is the event just a celebration of Prosciutto di San Daniele. This year the entire region is in the spotlight. Visitors will be able to go on a journey exploring the flavours and heritage of this wonderful land. A number of very special guests will be attending, such as Bob Dylan, Vinicio Capossela and Caparezza, to name but three.

Naturally, the Prosciuttificio Prolongo premises will be open for guided tours, offering everyone the opportunity to discover the secrets of our craftmade Prosciutto di San Daniele. Tours are free and there is no need to book. Just come along to the Prosciuttificio Prolongo at the scheduled times:

– SATURDAY 27 June 2015 10 am – 12.30 pm and 3 pm – 8.30 pm

– SUNDAY 28 June 2015 10 am – 12.30 pm and 4 pm – 8.30 pm

– MONDAY 29 June 2015 5 pm – 8.30 pm

Guided tours are conducted in Italian, English, German and Spanish. We look forward to welcoming you to San Daniele, the land of Prosciutto.
