Gusto in Scena

The invitation took our breath away.

Prosciuttificio Prolongo has been invited to take part in Gusto in Scena, the high-profile event invented by F&W journalist Marcello Coronini, now in its seventh edition. Actually, several events will be going on at the same time. The Congresso di Alta Cucina will pit the finest chefs, pastrychefs and pizza chefs against each other as they create new dishes without added salt, sugar or fats. Imagination is the only limit. I Magnifici Vini will field premium-quality wine producers. Finally there is Seduzioni di Gola, a tasting of excellent food products including our Prosciutto di San Daniele!
