A typical friulian Salami, obtained from the finest cuts of pork.

We have chosen the Marescutti Friulian salami for you, made only with 100% italian meats. It is stuffed into natural gut, tied by hand and seasoned for about 45 days. When cut it has a soft and compact slice, with coarse grinding. The taste and aroma of salami are intensified by the right balance of its ingredients, including a very light hint of garlic that is appreciated by even the most delicate palates.

It’s perfect for everyone because it’s gluten and lactose free.
