We have chosen the Marescutti and Coletti Coppa ossocollo for you, made only with 100% italian meats. For this typical salami prepared with meat close to the bone of the pig’s neck, the processing is exclusively manual. Each Coppa is trimmed, salted and peppery, massaged, wrapped in natural cloth and left to mature for a few months, in a cellar suitable for air temperature and humidity. When cut, the slice is compact, dark pink in color with light white veins; the aroma is very aromatic and spicy and the flavor is intense. It comes in vacuum-packed portions to last over time.
It’s perfect for everyone because it’s gluten and lactose free.
