We have chosen the Marescutti rolled up Pancetta for you, made only with 100% italian meats. Only the best bacon, lean and with the right fat grain, are chosen for the production of this salami. Each bacon is carefully spiced, massaged, tied by hand, wrapped in a natural cloth and seasoned for a minimum period of 8 weeks. When cut the slice releases a delicate aroma of spices; on the palate it is soft, sweet, slightly sapid and peppery. It comes in vacuum-packed portions to last over time.
It’s perfect for everyone because it’s gluten and lactose free.
