Montasio cheese, sliced San Daniele Ham, polenta and fresh mushrooms.
Grave del Friuli Merlot from the “Margherita” selection
Bake some fresh Montasio cheese in the oven for a few minutes at 180° until it has just begun to melt, add the finely sliced San Daniele Ham and place in the oven again. Serve with polenta and, when in season, fresh mushrooms.
