Prosciutto di San Daniele with Tomino and Caprino Cheeses, and Buffalo Mozzarella Balls

Ingredients:

200 g sliced Prosciutto Crudo di San Daniele, 2 Tomino cheeses, 2 Caprino cheeses, Buffalo Mozzarella Balls to taste.

Recommended wine:

Serve with a good dry white wine, for example Friulano

Preparation could not be simpler. Place the slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele on a serving tray, arrange the Tomino and Caprino cheeses on smaller plates and put the buffalo mozzarella balls in a small bowl. Buon appetito!
