The Sensory Tour will last approximately one hour and twenty minutes, during which your guests will have the opportunity to visit the aging rooms and admire the hams hanging on the wooden shelves. They will receive all the information about the history of the Prolongo family and the production of the famous San Daniele.

Guests will also be able to touch valuable  materials, such as sea salt and lard, the special mixture used to coat the hams during their long aging process.

At the end of the tour, your guests will enjoy a unique tasting experience.

To delight the palate, a vertical tasting of refined flavors to savor the three parts of the Ham: the fiocco with its particular intensity, the punta with its distinct marbling, and, last but not least, the stinco with its soft and sweet taste.

The delicious thin slices that melt in your mouth can be tasted on their own or paired with refined accompaniments such as artisanal hazelnut breadsticks, along with a glass of Friulano white wine from our region.

Classic organic breadsticks from Resiutta and water will also be provided. The prosciutto tasting is approximately 90g per person.

The gift voucher is nominal and valid for one person. The voucher can be used by the recipient within 12 months of purchase, subject to availability. It will be sent in PDF format to the email provided at the time of the order, upon confirmation of payment.
