This Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut from Cantina Pitars derives from an ancient grape variety native to the Friulian hills, which grows on the stony soil of the Grave del Friuli. This interesting local variety is rich in structure and fruit and on the palate it expresses characteristics of freshness, surprising for its long aromatic persistence.

It is the perfect bubble for special moments and becomes a “must” for an aperitif, ideal in combination with our San Daniele ham.
